Pricing factors / Before a quote
Essential and Plus publish a CAD starting price per user. What your team actually pays depends on five things, and this page names them plainly.
Lire cette page en françaisTwo prices, many environments
Two teams with the same headcount can need very different service. One has a tidy Microsoft 365 tenant and a modern device fleet; the other inherited undocumented access, aging hardware, and three unrelated vendors. Both can start the conversation at the same published rate. Neither should expect an identical written scope.
Five questions behind the number
How many people need support, in which language, and how often does a request move between English and French? Bilingual intake is a real design choice that shapes how the service is built, not an automatic surcharge.
Device count, age, and condition matter, along with whether people work from one office, several, or home. A consistent fleet takes less recurring attention than a mixed one held together by exceptions.
A clean, well-licensed tenant is cheaper to steward than one with orphaned accounts, unclear admin ownership, or licence sprawl left over from a previous arrangement.
A fully managed relationship carries more of the operating load than a co-managed one that reinforces an internal IT lead. Compare managed and in-house
A documented handover from a cooperative provider costs less to absorb than an unknown environment with missing records. Read the transition guide
The published bands
per user / month · a starting foundation for a straightforward, well-documented environment.
per user / month · a fuller starting cadence where change, dependencies, and security-baseline follow-through need more attention.
Exact inclusions, coverage, response expectations, transition work, and any separately scoped project are confirmed in writing. This page does not promise that every environment qualifies at the published band.
Reading a proposal
Worth comparingStates which users, devices, locations, and responsibilities are included, and names what sits outside recurring service.
Worth questioningQuotes a low headline rate but leaves administration, onboarding, or security follow-through undefined until after signature.
Before you compare
Two proposals are only comparable when they cover the same users, devices, and vendors, and treat the same recurring work as included rather than extra. Use the plan comparison and the responsibility map to ask better questions before a number becomes a decision.
